Walla Buds Fit
Social-proof creative that sells earbuds on real-world testimonial.
Walla Buds Fit needed social-proof video that could move earbuds in a crowded audio category. We produced testimonial-led hooks built around authentic user reactions — designed for sound-off feeds, engineered to stop the scroll and carry the product benefit through to the CTA, and shipped with a hook variation so media can test the angle rather than betting on one cut.
The brand
Walla Buds Fit competes in a crowded audio category where specs alone don’t differentiate and shoppers are sceptical of brand claims. What moves earbuds in the feed is other people — a real reaction is more persuasive than any feature list. The brand needed social-proof creative that could stop the scroll and carry the benefit through to the CTA.
Earbuds are also a sea of near-identical claims: every brand promises the same battery, the same bass, the same fit. A spec war is unwinnable in a few seconds of scroll. Social proof sidesteps it entirely — it shifts the question from “is this brand telling the truth?” to “look how this landed for someone like me,” which is a far easier sell to make quickly.
The strategy
We built the creative around social proof — leading with a genuine reaction that earns attention, then showing the product in context so the proof connects to the purchase. The reaction opens the door; the product context closes it, turning a moment of interest into a clear reason to buy rather than just an entertaining clip.
Every beat is optimised for sound-off feeds, so the testimonial lands even when muted, with framing and on-screen text doing the work the audio would. We also shipped a hook variation: same proof, different opening, so media can test which angle stops the scroll instead of staking the whole campaign on a single cut.
What we delivered
We produced testimonial-led social-proof videos in native 9:16, a full-width PDP cut, and a social-proof hook variation — built to run as paid social and to back the listing. The vertical cuts are native to the feed rather than cropped from a wider master, so they sit right in the placements they’re meant to run in.
The PDP cut carries the same real-reaction credibility onto the product page, so the proof that won the click is still there at the point of purchase. With the hook variation alongside it, the set is ready both to run and to optimise from day one.
The outcome
Walla Buds Fit has social-proof creative that leads with real reactions and converts in the feed — with a variation ready to test the hook. By selling on other people rather than another spec war, the brand sidesteps the claims arms race the category is stuck in, and the PDP cut carries that proof onto the product page so the reason a shopper clicked is still there when they decide to buy.
