Herz P1 needed a performance video ad for Amazon Sponsored Products — creative that earns the click in a search result and then closes the sale on the product page. We produced a cinematic product reveal that leads with the 30-day battery life claim — the key conversion driver — and closes with a premium material detail shot that justifies the price point, then supported it with a kit of PDP and social assets cut from the same footage.
The brand
Herz P1 is a smart wearable competing for attention on Amazon, where the buying decision happens inside a thumbnail and a few scroll-seconds. In that environment the creative effectively is the product: shoppers judge build quality, credibility and whether the price is justified almost entirely from the imagery and video on the listing. Herz P1 had a strong device but needed creative that carried that quality at PDP scale.
The smart-band category is also a noisy one — every rival leads with similar feature lists, so a spec sheet alone doesn’t differentiate. The opportunity was to pick the one claim that genuinely moves this buyer and build the whole edit around proving it, rather than reciting everything the device can do.
The strategy
We treated the listing as a conversion funnel, not a gallery. The video leads with the single most decision-shaping claim — the 30-day battery life — then proves it with material and detail shots that justify the price point. The reveal is paced so the benefit lands before a distracted viewer scrolls, and the macro shots do the work of a spec sheet without a wall of text.
Every frame is composed to survive Amazon’s compression and to read at both the sponsored-placement size and the full-width PDP banner — so one set of assets works from search result to product page without reshooting for each slot. Building it as a system, rather than a single hero clip, meant the same look could extend to social and email without losing coherence.
