Tier One Brands Packing New Design
A packaging system redesigned across dozens of products — one modern look, every market regulation met.
We were responsible for the packaging redesign of dozens of products across Tier One Brands’ portfolio, giving each one a new, more modern look and feel — while meeting every market regulation the Group operates under, in every country it sells into.

The Group
Tier One Brands runs a portfolio of consumer products across multiple categories and markets, each with its own packaging history, printer relationships and regulatory footprint. As the portfolio grew, so did the inconsistency — dozens of products carrying dated layouts, mismatched type systems and labeling that had accumulated fixes rather than been designed.
The brief wasn’t a single SKU redesign. It was bringing an entire Group’s shelf presence up to one modern standard, without pausing production or breaking compliance in any market the Group sells into.
The scope
We audited the existing packaging line by line — structure, claims, ingredient panels, mandatory marks — before touching a single layout. Each product’s redesign had to hold two things true at once: a cleaner, more contemporary look and feel that reads as one coherent brand family, and full compliance with the labeling, disclosure and safety regulations of every market the Group operates in.
That meant building a system flexible enough to absorb category-specific requirements — different claims, different mandatory copy, different structural formats — without fragmenting the visual identity across the catalogue.
What we delivered
The engagement covered dozens of products end to end: new packaging design and dielines for each, updated 3D mockups for internal approval and ecommerce use, and print-ready files prepared and checked against each market’s regulatory checklist before release to the manufacturer.
Every redesign went through the same review gate — design and compliance signed off together, not in sequence — so nothing shipped that looked right but wasn’t cleared to sell.
The outcome
Tier One Brands now has a packaging system that reads as one modern, considered brand family across a portfolio that used to look assembled from different eras — and every piece of it is cleared to sell in every market the Group operates in. New products join the system on the same rules, instead of starting the compliance and design process from zero.
