A full launch campaign built for a wellness brand entering a crowded market.

Vital Health entered the supplement space needing a complete visual system for their launch — from hero campaign imagery to paid social variations and PDP content. Rather than a folder of one-off assets, we built one art-direction framework that flexes across every channel, and delivered the full cohesive system in under three weeks.

The brand

Vital Health entered a crowded wellness category where new entrants live or die on first impression. A launch in this space needs more than a handful of good images — it needs a complete, coherent visual system that holds together from the hero campaign down to a single paid-social variation, so the brand looks established from day one rather than improvised.

Supplements are a particularly trust-sensitive corner of ecommerce: shoppers are wary of new names and quick to read inconsistency as a red flag. The first impression has to do double duty — feel premium and feel credible — and it has to do that everywhere a prospective buyer might first encounter the brand, not just on the homepage hero.

The strategy

We designed a campaign system, not a pile of assets. One visual language — type, colour, layout and art-direction rules — flexes across every touchpoint, so a Meta ad, a TikTok cut, an email and a PDP all read as the same brand. The rules are explicit enough that any single asset is recognisably Vital Health, and flexible enough that no two placements feel like copies of each other.

Building the system first is what made the timeline possible. Once the framework was set, scaling to dozens of assets became assembly rather than invention — each new channel inherits the look instead of restarting the design — so the launch could move fast without the creative fragmenting under the deadline.

What we delivered

We delivered 60+ launch assets in under three weeks across five channels — hero campaign imagery, performance statics, PDP content and motion — all derived from the one system. Every asset shipped sized and formatted for its destination, so the team could launch without re-cropping or rebuilding anything to fit a channel’s spec.

The brand went live with a full, channel-ready kit and, just as importantly, a framework behind it. That framework is what keeps the brand producing on-brand creative well past launch day — new ads, emails and PDP modules can be built on the established rules instead of commissioned from zero.
