Maas & Bath

Ecommerce visuals for a bath brand that takes its craft seriously.

Maas & Bath needed their store to feel as considered as their products. We designed a PDP visual system, collection landing pages and seasonal promotional modules that elevated the brand without losing conversion focus — and produced GIF-style showerhead clips that bring the product to life in motion.

The brand

Maas & Bath makes products with real craft, but the storefront didn’t feel as considered as what it was selling — a common disconnect that quietly costs conversion. When the page looks cheaper than the product, shoppers unconsciously revise the product down to match, and a premium price gets harder to justify.

The goal was to close that gap: make the shopping experience match the quality of the product, without sacrificing the clarity and focus that actually move sales. Elevated and conversion-focused aren’t opposites here — the work was to make considered design do the selling, not get in its way.

The strategy

We built a modular ecommerce system rather than decorating individual pages. A consistent PDP visual language, collection graphics and reusable promotional modules let the store look elevated and stay easy to update — including GIF-style showerhead clips that bring the product to life in motion right where buyers decide. Motion does what a still can’t in a bath category: it shows flow, finish and feel without a paragraph of copy.

Every module is conversion-focused: considered, but never at the expense of the sell. Because the pieces are modular, a seasonal promotion or a new collection reuses the same building blocks instead of triggering a bespoke design round — the store stays premium and stays quick to refresh.

What we delivered

We delivered 35+ ecommerce assets across four collections — PDP visuals, collection landing pages, seasonal promotional modules and product motion — on an ongoing monthly retainer. Each collection got its own application of the same system, so the range feels coherent while still letting individual lines have their own character.

The retainer is the point as much as the assets. Instead of one-off requests that drift in style and slow down over time, the brand gets a steady, on-brand flow of commerce creative — predictable to plan around and consistent by design, because every new piece is built on the established modules.

The outcome

Maas & Bath now has a storefront that reads as carefully as its products, plus a monthly pipeline that keeps the brand fresh across collections and seasons. The modular system means refreshes are quick and consistent rather than full redesigns, so the store can evolve with each launch while always looking like one considered brand — premium where it counts and conversion-focused throughout.
